Shipping Policy

Order processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping within the United Kingdom is free. Any other available delivery option and its price will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Estimated UK delivery is normally 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather or unusually high order volumes.

Our current checkout is set up for delivery within the United Kingdom. If your address is not accepted at checkout, email contact@everydayrelief.co.uk before ordering.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be included in your dispatch update. Please allow the carrier a short time to activate a newly issued tracking number.

Incorrect addresses and delivery issues

Check your delivery details carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

If an order is late, damaged in transit or shown as delivered but cannot be found, email contact@everydayrelief.co.uk with your order number so we can investigate.
